As BRIDGESOFT offers a bill-through service for the sponsored listings, the organisation takes a significant credit risk for all and each and every Client. Therefore, the Client is responsible for maintaining a valid and active payment method on files at all times. If for any reason, Client’s payment method is unavailable, BRIDGESOFT reserves the sole right to immediately and temporarily turning off the website, pay-per-click or PPC ads, sponsored listings and ongoing or then current development, reporting, or support Services being provided to account. If the payment is not paid or received, BRIDGESOFT reserves the right to terminate the Agreement in full and retains the ownership of the web site, or other Products and Services until such time the account has been paid in full amount. All Term Commitment Terminations will result into an escalation of all fees owed under the heading of Terms of the Agreement. Many clients maintain multiple types of payment on file for preventing this from occurring. Representations and Warranties that Client represents, warrants and covenants that (i) Client has the necessary rights to provide all information provided under the Agreement for using as described in the Agreement (ii) Client is a business and not a consumer and that Client’s use of BRIDGESOFT services is solely for legal commercial and/or business purposes; (iii) Client has sufficient authority for entering into the Agreement.
